Community Engagement

As a socially aware company, Stahmann Webster is heavily committed to giving back to the communities in which we live and work.

We seek to support local businesses, champion diversity while acknowledging the enduring heritage of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples of this country.

Stahmann Webster partners with, and sponsors the Clontarf and Stars Foundations to better the lives of First Nations children throughout regional Australia.

Stahmann Webster’s ongoing advocacy for mental health is an established part of our work relationships. We support This is a Conversation Starter (TIACS) by providing all our staff with Trade Mutt shirts.

We have also made generous donations to cancer support networks in our regions, such as CAN Assist (Griffith, Leeton and Moree), Hope Horizons (Toowoomba) and Spurr Wing (Launceston, Tasmania).

Our support also reaches more localised events and activities to assist community groups, such as schools, councils and sporting teams to fundraise, showcase and support their interests.

While internally, we have a corporate program encouraging our employees and their families to follow their personal dreams and to strive for outstanding achievement in sporting or cultural pursuits.
